Common Weal has launched a fully costed Green New Deal for Scotland – which they are calling ‘The Common Home Plan’ – which addresses not only climate change but a number of other environmental crises, as well as addressing social inequality.
THE PLAN has been broken down into all areas that need to be changed in order to become carbon neutral, and it lay out what will be involved in terms of cost and manpower.
