In one of the funnier examples of someone not realising they’re broadcasting their desire for wine on an official work account, the stream quickly went dark. However, the people of Twitter were already completely behind the idea, and more than ready to put the ‘social’ into both social media and social drinking.
Think I'll join Glasgow City Coucil's social media streams in a glass of wine this fine evening. https://t.co/EN5w6IBUuM

CommonSpace was unable to verify claims that this would become a weekly feature accompanied by a YouTube series hosted by Frank McAveety. We can but hope.
