Aussie Greens co-convener Giz Watson speaks on Scotland, Australia, and the legacy of nuclear testing

THEY MAY BE thousands of miles apart – but Giz Watson is determined that the Scottish and Australian Greens so all they can to learn from each others experiences.

Watson was the international speaker in Perth for the Scottish party’s Autumn conference – even if Watson was more used to Perth on Australia’s west coast. 

Fresh from her experience in western Australia’s legislature, Watson spoke to CommonSpace about her views on the Scottish Greens, the major fossil fuel fights ongoing down under, and the specific case of the toxic legacy from UK nuclear testing.
