New report – APD Cut: A Flighty Economic Case

A new Common Weal report has found that the economic case made by the Airport lobby for a 50% cut to Air Passenger Duty omits key facts, and in reality the tax cut could lead to a shrinking in both the Scottish economy and public finances.
