Scotland Faces Increasing Child Poverty Without Urgent Action

The Scottish Government released its progress report last week on its ‘Tackling Child Poverty Delivery Plan’ – which announced that the ‘Scottish Child Payment’ of £10 per child per week won’t be delivered until 2021.
