SNP Westminster immigration spokesperson Stuart McDonald MP has called for Home Secretary Priti Patel to waive rules so that refugees can access public funds during The Coronavirus crisis. McDonald said some refugees were being rejected for homeless support services because of rules on No Recourse to Public Funds for people who do not have citizenship. McDonald also called on Patel to provide local authorities with funding support to support refugees during this crisis. (STV)
