In a little over 18 months since it formed as a union, Living Rent – Scotland’s tenants’ union has already won back thousands in illegal fees, mobilised against rent increases and campaign against Serco’s illegal eviction of asylum seekers. But what is a tenants union? And how is it different to traditional unions?
